Swiftlink Payment Services L.L.C (“Swiftlink”) values the privacy rights of its customers, merchants and corporate clients, and works aiming to keep safe and protect the personal information of the them.
This document presents Swiftlink’s policy on the management of personal information. Swiftlink is not entitled to share any personal information or potentially personal identifying information except in accordance with this privacy policy.

What personal information do we collect from the people that uses Swiftlink Services?
When registering on Swiftlink Services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, UAE Valid Photo ID data, Passport Data or other details to help us serve you better.
The businesses wanting to work with Swiftlink as Merchants to accept Swiftlink as a medium of payment or as Agents to provide top up services and/or other over the counter services for Swiftlink, must also present the information of their bank account, business registration documents and other related information to verify the legality and the operation of the business.
We collect information from you when you register on Swiftlink services, fill out a form or enter information on our App, Web Site or Web Portal. When you use Swiftlink Services, we record your transactions and operations in our service, and we may collect information about your location, computer or mobile device. Additional information about you or from you may also be collected in other ways, including answers to surveys, marketing campaigns or interactions with our customer service area.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a transaction, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, web portal or the app, or use certain other features in the following ways:

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. As of now, we only provide Swiftlink services based on the balance of your mobile wallet. We never ask for your PIN number.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places a transaction, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. Swiftlink stores your information securely in its servers, which are implemented in accordance with the best practices in the industry related to security and personal data management.
Do we use 'cookies'?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. Other Swiftlink users that make transactions with you may have access to some of your information, such as phone number, name and other public profile data.
Swiftlink will also share your information with government entities, representatives or law enforcement authorities when they require us to do so, in order to comply with legal mandates or to report activities that may seem suspicious, or that can prevent illegal actions. Swiftlink might also share information with the mentioned entities when we consider that such information can be useful to prevent physical harm, illegal actions, money laundry, financial loss and breaches in our policies and agreements.
Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Swiftlink will not disclose Personal Information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our User agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site; and (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Swiftlink, our Users or others.
